Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") has been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Distance Contracts Regulation.

ARTICLE 1: PARTIES

1.2. BUYER INFORMATION

The user who purchases, pays for, and benefits from the service, and who approves the agreement electronically. The BUYER's identity and contact information is as declared during membership registration.

ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT OF AGREEMENT

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the digital CV (resume) creation service purchased electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website.

ARTICLE 3: BASIC FEATURES OF SERVICE

The basic features of the service provided by the SELLER are:

    Service Packages:

    • Free Package: Unlimited data entry, 1 basic template, watermarked PDF download.
    • Basic Package (99 TL): 1 watermark-free PDF download, one-time AI usage.
    • Premium Package (149 TL): 5 PDF download credits, unlimited AI analysis & summary writing, all premium templates.

    ARTICLE 4: SERVICE FEE AND PAYMENT

    4.1. Pricing: The service fee is the price shown on the site at the time of purchase. All prices are stated in Turkish Lira (TL) including VAT.

    4.2. Payment Method: Payments are made by credit/debit card through secure payment infrastructure. Card information is not stored by the SELLER; all transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.

    4.3. Invoice: After payment, an electronic invoice is sent to the BUYER's registered email address.

    ARTICLE 5: SERVICE PERFORMANCE AND DELIVERY

    5.1. Delivery Method: The digital service is made available to the BUYER immediately after successful payment completion.

    5.2. Access: The BUYER gains immediate access to CV editing and PDF download services according to the purchased package.

    5.3. Usage Duration: Single download packages are valid until the download right is used. Subscription packages are valid for 30 days from the purchase date.

    ARTICLE 6: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

    In accordance with Article 15 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation; THERE IS NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL for services performed instantly in electronic environment and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. The BUYER declares acceptance of this condition before completing the purchase.

    In case the service cannot be provided due to a technical error, the BUYER may request a refund by contacting support@anindacv.com. Refund requests are evaluated within 72 hours and if approved, the payment is refunded within 5-7 business days.

    ARTICLE 7: GENERAL PROVISIONS

          ARTICLE 10: DISPUTE RESOLUTION

          Turkish Republic legislation applies to disputes that may arise from this Agreement. In case of dispute, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized up to the value announced by the Ministry of Commerce, and Consumer Courts are authorized for disputes above this value. The BUYER may also file a complaint through the Consumer Complaint Platform (TŞP) or e-Government.

          ARTICLE 11: EFFECTIVE DATE

          This Agreement becomes effective when approved electronically by the BUYER. A copy of the Agreement is sent to the BUYER's email address.
