1. INTRODUCTION AND PARTIES

Welcome. This website ("Site") is published at anindacv.com. By accessing the Site, registering as a member, or using our Services, you declare that you have read, understood, and accept the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Site.

anindacv.com is a software service (SaaS) that allows users to create, edit, store, and download resumes (CVs) in PDF format. It may also provide AI-powered content creation and analysis tools.

We do not guarantee that the Site will operate continuously, uninterrupted, or error-free. Access to the service may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

3. MEMBERSHIP AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

Accurate Information: The User undertakes that the information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security: The User is solely responsible for the security of their username and password. You are responsible for all actions taken through your account.
Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental permission to use the Site.

4. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Site Content: All designs, templates, logos, software, codes, and visuals on the Site are owned by the Company. Users may not copy, sell, or use these materials without a license.
User Content: The ownership of texts and photos entered by the User to create a CV belongs to the User. By uploading this content to the Site, the User is deemed to have granted the Company a limited license to store, process, and convert this content to PDF.

5. USAGE RULES AND PROHIBITIONS

The User undertakes to avoid the following actions when using the Site:

Threatening Site security, reverse engineering, or attempting to access source code.
Creating fake profiles or misleading CVs on behalf of others.
Using automated bots, scrapers, or software that strains Site infrastructure.
Uploading illegal, defamatory, threatening, or content that violates third-party rights.

6. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) USAGE AND DISCLAIMER

AI tools provided on the Site are designed to assist you. However:

The accuracy, originality, or currency of AI-generated text is not guaranteed.
The User is solely responsible for checking AI outputs.
The Company is not responsible for errors or negative outcomes resulting from the use of AI suggestions.

7. SERVICE FEES AND REFUNDS

Some services may be paid (Premium membership, credit packages, etc.). The terms of paid services are detailed in the "Distance Sales Agreement" presented at the purchase stage. As digital content and services are performed instantly, refunds are generally not made (except for unused credits).

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

anindacv.com is merely a tool. Our company:

Does not guarantee that the User will get a job or be called for an interview.
Cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from data loss due to cyber attacks, technical failures, or force majeure (except in cases of gross negligence).

9. AGREEMENT MODIFICATIONS

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms become effective when published on the Site. Users are recommended to periodically check this page.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Turkish Law shall apply to disputes arising from these terms, and Istanbul (or Sivas) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
