Refund Policy

1. Nature of Digital Products

At AnındaCV, we offer downloadable digital products (PDF Resumes) that are consumed immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of these products, they cannot be "returned" like a physical product. Therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable unless there is a demonstrable technical error.

2. Refund Conditions (Technical Errors Only)

We stand behind the technical quality of our product. A full refund will be issued if you experience any of the following objective technical errors:

Layout Corruption: Overlapping text, severe misalignment, or elements extending beyond page boundaries in the generated PDF, rendering the resume unusable.
File Corruption: The downloaded PDF file cannot be opened, is corrupted, or contains unreadable characters.
Delivery Failure: The system fails to generate a download link despite successful payment.
Double Charge: Your card is charged twice for a single transaction due to a system error.

3. Refund Period

Refund requests must be made within 3 days (72 hours) of the purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be processed.

4. What Is Not Covered

Refunds will not be issued for subjective reasons or user errors, including:

Change of Mind: Deciding you no longer need the product after purchase.
Aesthetic Preferences: Not liking the chosen design after the file has been generated.
Typos: Spelling mistakes or incorrect information entered by the user during data input.
Software Compatibility: Inability to open the file due to not having a standard PDF viewer (Adobe Reader, Browsers, etc.).

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund based on the technical errors listed above, please contact us at social@anindacv.com and include:

Your Order Number.
A brief description of the technical issue.
Proof of Error: A screenshot or the faulty PDF file demonstrating the problem.

After your request is reviewed, approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
